Phuket Walking Street (Lard Yai)
Lard Yai is sunday walking street market along Thalang and Krabi Roads. It starts from late afternoon around 4pm and continues until about 10pm every Sunday. At the market you can find variety and quality of local food together with several of activity such as street show from students and entertainers and stalls selling lot of souvenirs and local products. Lard Yai is a great spot to shop, stroll and explore Phuket cultural scene.
Phuket Local Bus Stand (Ranong Road)
The local bus stand is located on Ranong Road,next to Fresh Market and opposite Thai Airways Office. The Bus offers you many different routes to take you wherever you need to go. It is the cheapest method of getting from Phuket Town to all the beaches and tourist attractions.
Fresh Market and Down Town Phuket Food Market
Both markets are on Ranong Road: the main building where the local bus stops (Fresh Market) and the open-air market (Down Town Phuket Food Market) just across the street. Both are fun to explore as you will see veggies, fruits and spices you might never have seen before.
JuiTui Shrine
JuiTui Shrine is a popular Chinese temple. Located on SoiPhuthorn, not far from Fresh market, it’s a must-see site for all newcomers to Phuket as one of the oldest and the most respected spiritual center.
PudJow Shrine
PudJow Shrine was built over 200 years ago and is the oldest Chinese temple in Phuket. It’s located beside JuiTui shrine on SoiPhuthorn.
Rang Hill
Khao Rang Hill is one of Phuket’s most famous viewpoints. It located to the northwest of the city center.
SaphanHin
SaphanHin is a popular seaside park. It is located at the end of Phuket road. SaphanHin is a recreational park for both locals and tourists.
